DWes Advisors is a strategic advisory firm based in Wayne, New Jersey. The company was born with a clear mission: to solve one of the most pressing challenges facing small businesses—accessing the capital they need to grow and thrive. As traditional banks tightened their lending requirements and made financing more complex, too many entrepreneurs were left without the support they deserved.
Seeing this growing gap, Wundof Desmornes founded DWes Advisors with a dual focus:

As our founder and CEO, Wundof Desmornes brings over a decade of experience in business management and finance, paired with the discipline and leadership gained through his military service. A U.S. combat veteran who served in Afghanistan in 2010, Wundof also holds dual master’s degrees in Finance and Business Administration and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
